Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
Seaside Behavior Services, LLC is seeking a motivated BCBA to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services across individuals of all ages and varying abilities in St Lucie and Martin counties.
- Perform all duties within the scope of practice and follow the BACB's Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts
- Complete documentation requirements necessary to obtain/maintain ABA therapy services for clients, such as conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, developing and updating Behavior Intervention Plans and documenting ongoing service delivery
- Utilize curricular assessments to identify skills to target during treatment
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and Caregiver Training in the home, school and community settings as outlined in the BIP
- Provide weekly training and oversight to RBTs and/or BCaBAs
- Collect and analyze BIP and IOA data to guide treatment decisions
- Maintain the clients' electronic health record, including timely and accurate session notes
- Communicate and collaborate with caregivers, service providers, and funders as necessary

Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's Degree
- CPR with Basic Life Skills
- Valid driver license and reliable means of transportation
