Seashore Senior Living has an immediate opening for a General Facilities Maintenance technician.
Needs to have the ability to do the following:
Seashore Senior Living is an assisted living community that provides exceptional care to the elderly that require assisted living and memory care services.

This is a part-time position, needed approximately 3 days per week, but on call in case of emergencies.

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

- Proficiency in light construction (light mechanical, electrical, landscape, etc)
- General "handyman" skills
- Basic troubleshooting ability
- Getting estimates and supervising 3rd party vendors in maintenance and repairs
- Developing and adhering to maintenance schedules
- General understanding of facilities management
