We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admissions Director to lead census growth and manage the admissions process for our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living community.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all admissions, referrals, and intake processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources
Conduct facility tours and coordinate move-ins
Verify insurance/coverage and ensure timely documentation
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize census and payer mix
Qualifications:
Prior admissions/marketing experience in SNF and/or Assisted Living required
Strong knowledge of insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, managed care)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, responsive, and results-driven
