Thomas and Seashore Drugs runs independent retail pharmacies and has been operating in the local area since 1964. Thomas and Seashore Drugs is a family owned and operated company based in Brunswick County, NC.
We are looking for a self-motivated, professional Compounding Relief Pharmacist to join our progressive team of professionals in a growing retail pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience in compounding pharmacy and working with colleagues to ensure a well-functioning team.
Responsibilities:
- Relief Compounding Pharmacist
- Be able to speak with patients about their prescription medications.
- Make sure that medicines are properly labeled and stored and that the pharmacy is clean and organized.
- Supervise compounding technician
- Check compounded prescriptions and logs
- Provide advice on medicines.
- Be familiar with PK Software and Pioneer Software
- Be proficient in compounding, USP 795 and USP 800
