Role Description

We are seeking an organized and motivated Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, located in Barrington, RI, will support daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate service records, assisting with client inquiries, coordinating team schedules, and supporting the execution of boat detailing and marine service projects. Collaborating with team members, you will contribute to providing a seamless experience for our clients.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills for handling schedules, client communications, and task management
• Ability to provide customer service, manage inquiries professionally, and resolve issues efficiently
• Proficiency with basic tools and systems for scheduling, data entry, and maintaining records
• Adaptability and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring accuracy in all tasks
• Prior experience in marine services, maintenance, or logistics is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
• Ability to work on-site in Barrington, RI, and a valid driver's license is preferred
