Duties
- Assist the Dockmaster in coordinating vessel arrivals, departures, and docking procedures to ensure timely operations
- Support rigging activities by preparing mooring lines, securing vessels, and assisting with equipment setup.
- Conduct routine inspections of dock facilities, mooring lines, and safety equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate
- Collaborate with crew members and external contractors to facilitate smooth vessel handling and maintenance tasks.
- Support emergency response efforts by understanding safety protocols and assisting in incident management when needed
