What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at SeaScape Lawn Care?
SeaScape, Inc. is looking for a customer service representative. Our office is located in Coventry, RI. This is a full-time seasonal (March-Dec )position. This position requires excellent phone skills and the ability to switch from one task to another with ease. You will be responsible for directing phone calls to the appropriate party as well as pre-notifying customers of upcoming services. There is NO telemarketing involved. Qualifications: 2-3 years office/customer service experience. Strong computer and phone skills as well as a willingness to learn are necessary.
