What You’ll Get
- Location-Based Pay: Start at $18-$20/hr with no experience and grow to $34/hr base pay performance incentives as you gain skills and years in the industry. Base pay based on location and experience

What You’ll Do
- Visit local customers’ homes to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances like refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and more
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues using your brain and your tools
- Provide a top-tier customer experience—you’re the expert they’re counting on
- Get Paid to Help People Protect What Matters - You'll learn how to spot and recommend simple ways to keep appliances running longer—like filters and maintenance packages. It's not salesy—just smart service that pays extra.

Who We’re Looking For
- A hands-on worker who enjoys diagnosing problems and fixing things
- Self-driven, responsible, and eager to grow in a skilled trade
- Strong mechanical aptitude—especially if you’ve worked with tools or in maintenance/repair before
- Flexible with working hours and open to learning new types of repairs to expand your workload
- Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs safely and perform daily physical tasks
- Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile app for part orders and job updates
- High school diploma or GED required
- EPA Certification (Type I or Universal) is a plus—we’ll help you get certified if needed
- Must pass a background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license
