Every day is different on our Sears Home Services team. You leave in a fully stocked company vehicle, review your route, and step into customers’ homes ready to bring essential appliances back to life. You diagnose issues, explain solutions in plain language, and complete precise repairs—then head to the next call knowing you made someone’s day easier.

What You’ll Do

• Tackle in-home diagnostics and repair for refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with clear communication and reliable follow-through
• Manage parts inventory and keep your service vehicle organized and road-ready
• Suggest helpful solutions and maintenance tips to customers

• Competitive pay: $21–$25 /hour, commensurate with experience and certifications

What You’ll Bring

• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting instincts
• EPA Type I or Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, move, and work in a physically active environment
• Appliance repair experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
