- Serve as a hands-on Maintenance Lead overseeing all maintenance operations within a non-union sand cast foundry
- Prioritize and coordinate service requests, repairs, and equipment installations to maximize operational uptime
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery
- Will lead another maintenance tech and schedule work
- Will Purchase parts
- Proven experience in a maintenance leadership capacity within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills (no PLC experience required)
- Demonstrated hands-on approach to equipment maintenance and problem-solving
- Induction furnace experience is highly preferred
