What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Pastor position at Searchlights Church?
We are a fast growing church plant looking for an Associate Pastor who is great behind the scenes helping organize people, groups, discipleship, but also can fill in to preach from time to time. We want to create a role that also builds to the person’s strengths. Organization and strong communication skills are a must.
Our vision is healing, reviving, and living in Jesus’ name. One life at a time. One step at a time. We are passionate about discipleship and healing. Not just as a nice slogan every church must say, but we actually mean it and pursue it and we are seeing tons of life change because God has honored that discipline. We are looking for someone who is willing to get in the mess of people’s lives to help bring healing.
We have begun a counseling ministry as well as a special needs ministry, both of which have been absent in our community. We needs someone who wants to do true ministry and doesn’t just need a job. Ministry is a calling and we want someone who is called to what God is doing at Searchlights Church.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
