A new outpatient clinical office is seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its founding team. The ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, and able to function independently within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive outpatient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients. • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to develop care plans and maintain clinical standards. • Support the development of workflows, protocols, and best practices for a new clinical environment. • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements. • Contribute to a positive patient experience, ensuring high-quality and patient-centered care.Required Qualifications • Active New York State (NYS) license as a PA or NP. • National certification (NCCPA for PA; applicable board certification for NP). • Valid DEA license. • Current BLS and ACLS certifications. • Minimum of 3,000 hours of direct clinical experience (approximately 1–2 years).Preferred Qualifications • Prior outpatient or primary care experience. • Strong interpersonal communication and patient interaction skills. • Ability to support operational setup and improvement in a new practice environment.
