Job Title: Director, Client Success Key Responsibilities:Client Lifecycle & Account Management
Operational Oversight & Communication
Client Retention & Growth
- Partner with CEO on new business discovery/sales calls, providing strategic insight and taking detailed notes.
- Own all post-call follow-ups including drafting and sending agreements, tracking signatures, and initiating onboarding processes.
- Plan, lead, and run client intake and kickoff calls, ensuring expectations are clearly set and roles are defined.
- Act as the ongoing point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications, addressing issues proactively, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Lead all weekly client status calls, ensuring progress, transparency, and alignment with deliverables.
- Serve as the liaison between the CEO and the recruitment team, ensuring alignment on client needs and job coverage.
- Run weekly recruitment coverage meetings to ensure proper focus, address issues or problems, and drive accountability.
- Help manage and mentor a small internal team including:
- Executive Assistant
- Automation Specialist
- Sales Operations Support
- Ensure internal collaboration is strong, communication is consistent & goals are being worked towards & met.
Operational Oversight & Communication
- Step in to resolve points of friction between recruitment and delivery, ensuring clear and professional communication is always maintained with clients.
- Oversee internal processes to improve client onboarding, job coverage, and reporting.
Client Retention & Growth
- Drive account development initiatives, maintaining regular outreach to past and current clients & expand communication to other leaders at those companies.
- Train and Develop Sales Ops Support Specialist to review & follow up on Task/Leads/Deals/old placements
- Must be comfortable with cold outreach as part of ongoing business development efforts
