RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and assist with issues related to administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, internet access, and email systems
- Support the administration and maintenance of the telephone system, including telephone switches and employee cell phones
- Assist with creating new hire telephone and voicemail extensions and routing extensions as assignments change
- Provide support for corporate applications, internal servers, and user desktops including troubleshooting, backup, and archiving
- Install and enhance computer software and network equipment
- Create network and email accounts for new users and set up computers for onboarding
- Maintain and update company phone lists and email address books
- Respond to troubleshooting calls and emails and document work in tracking systems
- Assist in maintaining local and web-based tracking software and provide timely responses to internal clients
- Interact professionally with internal clients while maintaining confidentiality
- Manage inventory of software licenses, hardware, and IT supplies
- Assist with procurement of IT equipment and promote responsible usage
- Assist with procurement supporting IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and end-user systems
- Ability to troubleshoot connectivity and system issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra REQUIRED
- 2 years’ experience supporting IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and end user systems
- Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond in a timely manner
