- Responsible for driving accountability over 6 process engineers
- Will lead the team on process improvements, reducing cycle times, process optimizations, scrap reduction, machine utilization, OEE, on time delivery and CapEx projects
Key Requirements
- B.S degree out of manufacturing 5 years of leadership experience in Engineering
- Forging or metal working background is preferred
- Aerospace background
- Process improvements experience
