- Oversee and maintain the company's buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure optimal operational conditions
- Ensure all CNC machinery and facility systems operate smoothly and efficiently
- Coordinate repairs and collaborate with contractors to drive projects to successful completion
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair on production equipment to minimize downtime
- Maintain critical building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, roofing, fire, and security systems
- Minimum of 5 years of experience out of CNC machining with strong knowledge of CNC equipment
- Multi-craft background with proven expertise across multiple maintenance disciplines
- Strong background in developing and executing preventative maintenance programs
