Job Description
- Support North America operations with comprehensive finance-related activities across multiple business units
- Serve as the key liaison between corporate headquarters in Mexico and the Freemont plant to ensure financial alignment and compliance
- Lead all finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, risk assessment, and financial analysis
- Develop and implement financial models and tools to evaluate risk, operational changes, and economic scenarios
- Analyze financial performance to identify variances, trends, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Prepare, review, and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to key stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of finance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree (BS) required
- Strong proficiency with SAP ERP systems
