- Direct all aspects of facilities management and property maintenance across commercial and retail properties nationwide
- Develop and implement property management strategies and procedures to maximize property performance and value
- Review invoices and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and cost efficiency
- Prepare and oversee the development of annual budgets for managed properties
- Troubleshoot operational issues and respond to tenant requests promptly and effectively
- Strong commercial property management experience
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to direct, mentor, and hold in-house professionals accountable
- Proven ability to develop and implement property management strategies and procedures that maximize property performance and value
- Strong communication skills with keen court awareness and a demonstrated sense of urgency
- BS degree required
