Job Description
- Lead and oversee the Quality Management system for an AS9100/NADCAP Aerospace certified facility
- Manage a team of approximately 25 direct reports, including 1 Inspector, 5 Quality Engineers, 4 Technicians, and 12 NDT Technicians
- Drive continuous improvement of the AS9100/NADCAP system through corrective actions and root cause analysis
- Serve as the strategic and tactical point of contact for supplier quality issues and audit findings
- Address and resolve non-conformance issues in partnership with Manufacturing to ensure product quality
Key Requirements
- BS Degree in a relevant engineering or quality discipline required
- Experience in an AS9100/NADCAP certified aerospace facility is mandatory
- Strong expertise in corrective actions and quality management systems
- Background in heat treat, furnaces, or forging operations
