Senior Business Analyst

We are partnering with a growing financial services and investment platform to identify a Senior Business Analyst to join their team.

This role will support a wide range of initiatives across systems, reporting, operational processes, and business transformation efforts. The position offers the opportunity to work directly with leadership teams across multiple operating companies while helping drive projects from initial concept through implementation.

The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis and project experience with hands-on analytical and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support projects related to systems implementations, reporting, and operational process improvements
• Gather and document business requirements while partnering with stakeholders across the organization
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to support project execution and delivery
• Utilize SQL for reporting, data analysis, and ad hoc requests
• Develop reporting and visualizations to support operational and financial decision-making
• Assist with data migrations, workflow enhancements, and systems-related initiatives
• Support project planning, milestone tracking, testing, and deployment activities

Qualifications:

• 3 years of business analysis, consulting, or related experience
• Strong SQL experience required
• Systems implementation or project-based experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Tableau, VBA, XML, Salesforce, or data visualization tools is a plus
• Insurance or financial services industry exposure is helpful but not required
