Accounting Analyst
Location: Addison, TX

The Accounting Analyst will support both accounting and treasury functions, including month-end close, reconciliations, cash management, intercompany activity, consolidations support, and financial reporting. This role offers strong exposure to broader financial operations and an opportunity to grow into a Senior Accountant position over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Review bank reconciliations and assist with cash management activities
- Process intercompany cash transfers and support holding company cash reporting
- Assist with cash flow reporting, forecasting support, and unrestricted cash processes
- Support quarterly distribution analysis and corporate income tax calculations
- Assist with audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support ad hoc accounting, treasury, and reporting projects as needed
Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0–3 years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, modeling, Pivot Tables, and advanced functionality
- Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Systems-savvy mindset with interest in automation, technology, and process improvement
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Exposure to ERP/accounting systems preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
