🧠 What You’ll Be Doing (High Level)
Operations
- Own internal systems (SharePoint, HRIS, reporting, KPIs)
- Keep teams aligned, organized, and execution-focused
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
Business Development
- Research federal opportunities and upcoming recompetes
- Track pipelines, partners, and competitors
- Support capture planning and pre-RFP engagement
Contracts & Proposals
- Coordinate, format, and support federal proposals
- Assist with narratives, resumes, and past performance
- Track deliverables, milestones, and compliance

- 4 years of experience in federal consulting, operations, BD, or proposal support
