Overview
This position is responsible for the support of sales activity by quickly and efficiently cleaning and preparing rooms for resale to newly arriving guests. By consistently delivering personalized service that includes clean and fresh accommodation and “the unexpected” in service. The position reports to the floor supervisor responsible for the floor.
Schedule Requirements
This position will typically cover weekends and some holidays as business dictates.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a specified quota of rooms (15) daily, meeting the housekeeping standards of cleanliness and skills base training.
- Perform regular general cleaning as directed and scheduled.
- Manage and maintain linen product and standards with laundry to meet daily requirements.
- Report all work area difficulty to your supervisor or manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Complete all projects as necessary to run the operation outlined above.
- Guest interactions and communication.
- Responsible for practicing, managing, and promoting our Mission and Values so that it becomes an intricate part of the everyday operation.
- Completes any duties or projects assigned by the Management.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications
Education
- High School diploma, general education degree or international equivalent preferred.
Language Skills
- Fluency of the English language is strongly preferred.
- Must be able to listen to instructions and read memos, short correspondences, and messages.
