Role Description The Sales Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA, responsible for driving new business opportunities and supporting revenue growth for SeaPort Airlines. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting high volume outbound calls and emails, and nurturing relationships with potential customers and partners. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, maintain accurate records in CRM tools in HubSpot, and follow up on inbound inquiries. The Sales Development Representative will also , gather market feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Business Development skills to build pipelines, support account growth, and contribute to revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage prospects professionally via phone, email, and in-person conversations.
- Experience using CRM or sales engagement tools, and basic proficiency with office productivity software.
