- Analyze data submitted by Field Planners through FPAF and Acquirers through COBALT to have a sound recommendation whether to proceed with the acquisition of a site or not which is critical in our retail expansion initiative running the data submitted by Field Planners and submitted COBALT by the Acquirers in the DCF
- Build proper context of all sites endorsed to ensure that the area, market, and site are represented correctly by following strict process of data analysis and conforming to pre-approved economic hurdle rates for projects
- Coordinate with the Field Planners closely for the acquisition of the right data needed for the analysis to ensure that all data submitted by the Field Planners are final or can still be adjusted based on the result of the analysis conducted
- Create conforme with approved rate and terms to present by the acquirers to the lot owner for negotiation
- Monitor databases to easily track analysis, assessments and other needed data regarding the site leads
- At least 1-2 years experience in operations and minimal experience in financial data analysis and business accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management, Economics, Business, Engineering, or other related courses
- Willing to handle Tarlac area
