We are looking for a licensed, dependable, positive, and customer-focused individual to join our established insurance agency as a Customer Service Team Member.
We are looking for a licensed, dependable, positive, and customer-focused individual to join our established insurance agency as a Customer Service Team Member.
This position is primarily focused on taking great care of our existing customers. We have a large, established book of business and are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and building relationships.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
You'll work directly with our customers and team to:
- Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing questions, and general service needs
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer requests
- Help customers understand their insurance coverage and identify potential gaps
- Process policy changes and follow up on outstanding service items
- Assist with renewals and customer retention
- Work closely with the rest of our team to make sure customers receive excellent service
- Look for natural opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation

- Current insurance license required
