Position Summary
SeamonWhiteside is in search of an ambitious and talented professional to serve as an IT Coordinator in our growing Greenville, SC office.
The IT Coordinator provides day-to-day technical support while also assisting with the maintenance and administration of SeamonWhiteside’s IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for triaging help desk requests, managing hardware inventory, supporting user account administration, and serving as the primary liaison with the MSP for issue escalation and backup coordination.

Requirements
Essential Job Functions
Working under the supervision of the IT Operations and Security Manager, the IT Coordinator also supports more advanced tasks such as server and network administration, system monitoring, security policy enforcement, and documentation of IT systems and procedures. This role bridges hands-on support with backend infrastructure work, offering a well-rounded opportunity for growth in a dynamic, security-conscious environment.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Associate’s degree in information technology or related field
Experience: 2-4 years relevant experience
