You’ll be a trusted partner to our clients — guiding them through integrations, ensuring frictionless transactions, and helping them unlock the full power of Paynote.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Paynote merchants — guiding them through onboarding, activation, and long-term success.
- Partner across Sales, Risk, Product, and Operations to ensure every merchant launch is seamless, from signed agreement to first transaction.
- Collect documentation, complete applications, and maintain an organized, transparent sales and onboarding pipeline.
- Support the sales team in managing merchant relationships with professionalism and care — serving as the liaison between merchants and our internal teams.
- Deliver actionable insights to help merchants increase approval rates, reduce declines, and optimize payment performance.
- Translate merchant feedback into meaningful improvements across Paynote’s product and operational roadmap.
- 1 years of experience in merchant support, customer success, financial services or payment operations (preferably fintech, payments, or SaaS).
- Strong understanding of payment processing and eCommerce payment flows.
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex payment systems clearly and confidently.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Zendesk, Docusign etc.) and cross-functional collaboration with tech and sales teams.
