Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through door 2 door canvassing, cold calling, networking.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective account management strategies
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities
- Engage in direct sales efforts, including inside and outside sales activities
- Qualify and educate homeowners about the benefits of switching to clean energy.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings and industry developments
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, D2D sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management and lead generation
- Strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships
- Ability to handle objections
- Skilled in analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving within a sales context
