This position is ideal for someone experienced in roofing sales, home improvement sales, construction sales, in-home sales presentations, storm restoration sales, or insurance restoration sales.

Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations with homeowners
- Close high-quality, pre-set roofing appointments
- Generate additional leads (referrals, neighborhood canvassing, networking) to maximize commission
- Build a robust sales pipeline through follow-up, rehash, and relationship selling
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and project scope
- Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Proven success in roofing sales, home improvement sales, solar sales, HVAC sales, car sales, or other high-ticket closing roles
- Strong closing ability with a competitive, money-driven mentality
- Excellent communication and trust-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Roofing or construction knowledge is helpful but not required — top closers can learn the industry quickly
