Duties
- Lead crew and install projects.
- Manage daily site operations, including safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations.
- Oversee quality control measures, ensuring work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Supervise subcontractors and manage contracts to maintain project scope and standards while managing teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Strong background in supervising teams on active sites and well as leading in installs.
- Extensive knowledge of exterior contracting, gutter, roof, siding, windows, and decks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high safety standards and quality benchmarks.
- Strong communication skills for effective management of crews and subcontractors.
- Must have a valid driver-license
