Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced warehouse worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and forklift operation. The primary responsibilities of this role include safely and efficiently handling and organizing materials, picking and packing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
- Safely unload, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping requirements.
- Utilize forklifts and other equipment to move and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards.
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Valid forklift certification and demonstrated proficiency in forklift operation.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Additional certifications in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Experience with inventory control software or warehouse management systems.

- Exposure to Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, etc.
