We are seeking a Product Manager – Footwear Solutions to elevate and expand this category on a global scale.

The Opportunity

As Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and growth of our footwear portfolio. You’ll collaborate with leading global brands, drive innovation that advances both functionality and sustainability, and help shape the next era of packaging in this category.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Strategy & Innovation: Define and execute product and market strategies for the footwear segment.
• Drive Product Roadmaps: Prioritize features, sustainability initiatives, and market opportunities to accelerate growth.
• Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, supply chain, factories, and OEMs to launch scalable solutions.
• Champion the Customer: Gather insights from leading global footwear brands to inform product development.
• Own Performance Metrics: Track adoption, market share, and sustainability impact to deliver measurable results.
• Represent the Brand: Communicate vision internally and externally, positioning Seaman as the trusted global leader in sustainable footwear packaging.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, sustainability, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5 years of product management experience, ideally in packaging, paper-based materials, or adjacent industries.
• Proven success managing multi-category product portfolios (footwear experience preferred)
• Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership skills with a track record of driving growth.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across functions and regions.
• Passion for sustainability and driving the transition away from plastics with innovative, paper-based solutions.
