As a key member of the Supply Chain Team the Distribution 3 role, located in Orange, MA, is responsible for executing shipments aligned with department policies providing support to the distribution 1/Facility Lead as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Ability to create quality, error free shipping documentation.
- following established procedures/guidelines.
- Ability to process sales orders/transfer orders/purchase orders
- Ability to wrap/label materials as needed.
- Ability to load/unload product.
- Ability to use RF to scan all transactions executed in the facility.
- Participate in physical inventory counts.
- Works diligently to ensure reliable on-time shipment in a dynamic work environment.
- Perform a variety of projects as they occur and time permits.
- Highlights potential issues, concerns and opportunities to the Shipping supervisor.
- Ability to receive inbound transfers/PO’s.
- Help to keep a clean/safe work environment.
- Complies with all PPE requirements.
- Ability to follow established directions/procedures.
- Knowledge of NetSuite order management process.
- Dependable team player with a positive mindset.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Standard forklift experience; clamp truck experience preferred (Must obtain internal forklift certification before operating equipment).
- OSHA 10 certification within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to use RF technology a plus. Requirement within 60 days.
- May require occasional or seasonal overtime.
