Position Summary
Our internships are designed to give a comprehensive understanding of the assigned department, as well as an overview of every department’s contribution to our business. The Oracle ERP Intern will assist the Oracle ERP team and the Information Technology team in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle ERP systems. The intern will work on projects related to the configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of Oracle ERP modules, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. They will also gain hands-on experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and support data integrity across the company.
This internship will begin in the summer of 2026.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides general, entry-level support to the information technology department.
- System Support: Assists in review of ERP tickets and works with Sr Developer to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
- Reports Development: Assists in developing Oracle reports using SQL and PL/SQL languages.
- Documentation: Assists in creating and maintaining technical documentation for Oracle reports and programs.
- Testing and monitoring: Assists with system testing, performance monitoring and reporting.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Current college junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering
- Must have at least a 2.8 GPA (3.0 or 3.2 preferred)
- Must be involved in at least 1 extra-curricular activity or volunteer activity
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of programming (PL/SQL, Python, and JavaScript), cloud concepts (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), and APIs (REST/JSON concepts)
- Ability to analyze data and decipher information with a strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication and documentation skills
