The SealRyt Corporation, a manufacturer of custom bearings and seals located in Westfield, MA, is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Production and Engineering Support Specialist to help bridge the gap between administration, engineering and the shop floor. This position will be critical in maintaining efficiency and organization in our busy and growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and receiving functions
- Place and track orders with vendors
- Coordinate with supervisors to maintain stock levels
- Ensure raw materials are received and inventoried in a timely manner
-Work in ERP(Odoo) as needed to support administrative efforts
-Handle light engineering duties
- QC functions
- Inventory control on specific product lines
- Future responsibilities will develop as experience grows
Qualifications:
-Education
- Associates in engineering or business preferred
-Experience
- 2 years in an administrative or manufacturing environment
-Skills
- Strong organization and communication
- ERP platform navigation(Odoo preffered)
- Ability to understand simple mathematical equations and measurements
- Able to lift 25lbs
- Be a team player, show up every day and on time.
Salary : $800 - $1,200
