JOB OVERVIEW
SealMax Insulation is seeking EXPERIENCED Spray Foam Installers to join our team. We provide consistent, full-time, year-round work throughout Northern Arizona.
This position requires professional, hands-on spray foam installation experience. This is not an entry-level or training position.
Our crews report to our Chino Valley shop and travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout Northern Arizona.
DUTIES
- Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation
- Spray consistently to required thickness and job specifications
- Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare and mask job sites before installation
- Perform job-site cleanup after installation
- Inspect completed work for proper coverage and quality
- Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Perform installation work in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight or confined work areas
- Work at heights when required for installation
- Work effectively with other members of the installation crew
- Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- Professional spray foam installation experience required
- Hands-on experience spraying open-cell and closed-cell foam
- Experience operating spray foam equipment
- Knowledge of proper spray techniques, application thickness, and job-site preparation
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight or confined work areas
- Comfortable working at heights, including on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work areas
- Ability to wear required PPE and respiratory protection while performing installation work
- Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a crew
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to reliably commute to Chino Valley, Arizona for daily dispatch
- Must be willing to travel throughout Northern Arizona and occasionally stay overnight for out-of-area projects
SCHEDULE & TRAVEL
- Full-time, year-round position
- Consistent work throughout the year
- Crews dispatch from our Chino Valley shop
- Job sites are located throughout Northern Arizona
- Primary service areas include Prescott, Prescott Valley, Paulden, Williams, Flagstaff, Camp Verde, Sedona, Cave Creek, and portions of the northern Phoenix area
- Occasional overnight travel is required for some out-of-area projects
- When overnight travel is required, SealMax Insulation provides and pays for lodging and covers meal expenses
PAY
- Minimum $300 per set sprayed after successful completion of a 2-week probationary period
- Opportunity to earn above $300 per set based on experience and performance
- $1,000 sign-on bonus after 60 days of employment
- Paid weekly
- Consistent full-time, year-round work
