About Sealed With A Spark
Sealed With A Spark is a fast-growing permanent and personalized jewelry studio based in San Francisco, known for creating elevated, memorable experiences through custom welded and engraved jewelry. We work with premium materials only and serve both in-studio guests and large-scale private events and brand activations.
We are opening a new location at Pier 39, making this an exciting time to join the team. We are looking for warm, reliable, people-first individuals who thrive in guest-facing environments and want to grow with a brand in expansion mode.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with who enjoys working with guests in a creative way, learning hands-on skills, and being part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage guests, creating a friendly, calm, and elevated experience
- Guide guests through chain selection, sizing, and design decisions
- Perform simple welding to securely finish jewelry pieces (paid training provided)
- Maintain attention to detail and quality standards on every piece
- Support studio flow during both slow and high-volume periods
- Perform engraving services
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and polished studio environment
- Support private events, pop-ups, and brand activations as scheduled
- Communicate clearly with teammates to keep experiences smooth and efficient
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in guest-facing, hospitality, retail, service, or people-centered roles is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Comfort working in fast-paced, in-person environments
- Attention to detail and pride in doing things well
- Calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Open to learning new hands-on skills and following brand standards
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
Permanent jewelry experience is not required. We provide paid training and teach our own methods and standards.
Scheduling & Availability
- Open availability on weekends is required; weekday scheduling is flexible.
- Shifts may vary based on studio needs, events, and seasonality
