De locatie Sealed Air B.V. in Nijmegen is een productielocatie van industriele verpakkingen. Momenteel vindt in Nijmegen de productie plaats van Instapak (polyurethaan schuimverpakkingen) en New Air (opblaasbare bubbelfolie). Bij Sealed Air B.V. zijn ongeveer 105 medewerkers werkzaam.

Service Engineer m/v
Functieomschrijving:
Als zelfstandig Service Engineer in de buitendienst installeer je verschillende verpakkingssystemen bij onze klanten en zorg je ervoor dat deze systemen zo goed mogelijk blijven werken, middels het verrichten van (preventief) onderhoud en het verhelpen van storingen. Je werkt samen met de Accountmanager in jullie rayon, bestaande uit ongeveer 350-400 klanten. Tevens ben je back-up voor jouw collega's van het serviceteam en spring je bij daar waar nodig.
Werkzaamheden:
- Inplannen van klantbezoeken in jouw rayon in overleg met de Service Coordinator
- Installeren van verpakkingssystemen
- Het verrichten van onderhoud en het verhelpen van storingen aan onze automatiseringslijnen
- Verhelpen van storingen en verrichten van (preventief) onderhoud aan het verpakkingssysteem bij de klant
- Gebruikerstraining geven in het bedienen en onderhouden van het systeem
- Bijdrage leveren aan het verkopen van onderhoudscontracten en ander verkoopactiviteiten
Functie-eisen:
- Bij voorkeur woonachting in zuidoost Nederland
- Mbo-opleiding in technische richting - Werktuigbouwkunde/Elektrotechniek/Elektronica
- Ervaring in een klantgerichte rol als (service) monteur of andere technische rol
- Goede beheersing Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Succesvolle eigenschappen: proactief, enthousiast en goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Beschikking over rijbewijs B
