This position is responsible for providing maintenance support to Duncan Automation Center. The candidate must have a strong industrial, mechanical, electrical knowledge, and hydraulic knowledge. A basic understanding of CNC equipment is preferred. The candidate should possess basic computer skills, have an excellent work ethic, and be safety minded with the ability to work in a group environment or independently.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform industrial mechanical maintenance to meet safety, housekeeping, quality, cost, and production requirements with minimal supervision.
- Perform trouble shooting and calibration.
- Perform overhauls and preventative maintenance inspections on machinery and equipment.
- Install new equipment and make modifications to existing equipment.
- Rebuild equipment components.
- Perform standard maintenance tasks to maintain facilities and grounds.
- Accept personal responsibility for condition of assigned equipment.
- Prepare written and verbal reports/recommendations.
- Assist other maintenance team members as required in support of plant goals.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two-year technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Industrial Mechanical maintenance or related field.
- Strong electrical background preferred.
- Millwork, machine work, and welding experience preferred.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Safety conscious mindset.
- Use of MS Office.
- Experience using a computer (SAP, MS Office, Lotus Notes experience desired).
- Ability to drive a forklift.
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Able to frequently lift up to 30 lbs.
- Able to frequently ascend/descend a ladders/stairs as required to repair equipment.
