What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phlebotomist position at Seale Harris Clinic?
Our busy primary care office is in need of an experienced full time phlebotomist. Some of the job tasking for our phlebotomists include:
- Phlebotomy by venous technique, properly identifying patient prior to draw.
- Maintaining accurate phlebotomy logs.
- Using EMR to drop patient orders and print labels for each specimen.
- Stocking and maintaining phlebotomy area.
- Assisting lab techs with tasks in the back lab during downtime.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times in the patient area.
Salary : $18
