Seal Shield, the leader in Infection Control Solutions, is expanding our Film Cutting Department to increase a rapidly growing Product Line. The Graphic Production Assistant will be responsible for working with our Graphic Production Engineer to produce the highest-quality medical-grade products in various verticals. Other duties will include ensuring the packaging, accuracy, and timely shipment of products is accomplished without fail.  We accomplish our goals with an expert team combined with an incomparable company culture that celebrates success!


The Graphic Production Assistant supports daily production operations by assisting with film cutting, laser engraving, UV printing, packaging, and shipping tasks. This is a hands-on, task-oriented role that follows established procedures under supervision. No advanced graphic experience is required.


Duties and responsibilities


The list of primary duties and desired skills for this role include, but is not limited to the following:


Key Responsibilities

·        Assist with film cutting, punching, and weeding

·        Help operate production equipment under supervision (training provided)

·        Perform basic visual inspections of finished products

·        Assist with laser etching/engraving of plastic components

·        Assist with UV Printing of plastic components

·        Package and label products accurately for shipment

·        Maintain a clean and safe work area

·        Follow all safety and quality procedures

Shipping and Receiving

·        Assist with packaging of customer orders

·        Print shipping labels, packing lists, and picking tickets as directed

·        Help receive materials and organize inventory

·        Move materials using pallet jacks or carts as trained

Qualifications

·        High school diploma or equivalent preferred

·        Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required

·        Experience in cutting vinyl is preferred, but not required

·        Basic computer skills (email, printing, data entry)

·        Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

·        Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

·        Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

·        Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

·        Frequent use of hands for repetitive tasks

·        Regular lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

·        Ability to lift materials to waist and overhead height


Working Conditions:


·   This position is located at 2240 Lane Ave N. Jacksonville, FL 32254

·   Work overtime as assigned (not typically needed)

·   Regular lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

·   Able to manipulate a pallet jack as needed to relocate inventory

Physical requirements


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk for long periods of time. The employee must have full tactile use of hands and fingers for tasks requiring small and detailed manipulations. The employee must be able to regularly lift 25lbs overhead and occasionally lift 50lbs to waist height. The employee must have full range of motion of arms to lift objects overhead

Healthcare Insurance: Access our company Health Insurance plan for you and your family. Our preferred plan is a high deductible plan, which allows the employee to have a health savings account. Seal Shield currently pays 90% of the monthly premium for you and dependents. You have 30 days to enroll in a benefits plan and make changes to the plan you chose. 


Health Savings Account (HSA): If you choose to use Seal Shield’s health insurance plan, you will be eligible to open a Health Savings Account. Seal Shield is contributing $4,400 to your H.S.A. for 2026. When hired during the calendar year, this amount will be pro-rated. It is your responsibility to open your own H.S.A. with our H.S.A. partner. Contributions start in the month following your selection of benefits and opening your account. 


Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs): If you elect a preferred high deductible plan, Seal Shield will cover the difference between the In Network Annual Out of Pocket Max and the HSA contribution if you incur covered medical expenses greater than the HSA contribution – regardless of whether you spend or save your HSA dollars with our HRA plan. This benefit pays up to $8350.00 to meet the max out of pocket difference for a high deductible family plan.


Life Insurance: $50,000 Life Insurance Plan for the employee. Seal Shield pays 100% of this premium.


401k Plan: 3% contribution from Seal Shield, employees are encouraged to invest in their retirement as well. This benefit starts on the first day of the month following your employment date. The amount you choose to contribute to your 401(k) is deducted from your paycheck before taxes are taken out. As a result, you’re paying taxes on a smaller portion of your salary and your overall tax rate may be lower.


P.T.O. (Personal Time Off): 15 days accrued throughout the calendar year. P.T.O. accrual starts on your hire date.


3 Days Paid Volunteerism (1 on 1 Program) - Seal Shield believes in community reinvestment. Seal Shield reinvests 1% of our profits and 1% of our time (3 paid days per year) back into the community. When hired during the calendar year, this will be pro-rated.


18 Paid Major Holidays for 2026: Birthday Floating Holiday, Woody Holiday (3-day weekend TBD), New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Superbowl Monday, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
