Pre-Construction Coordinator– Seal Masters of Hawai‘i
Location: Oahu, HI
Status: Full-Time, On-Site (ALL APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE ON OAHU)
Pay: $55,000-65,000 per year
Seal Masters of Hawaiʻi and Elite Construction are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Construction Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting sales, preconstruction, and early project execution.
This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages details with precision, is proficient at innovating new templates and processes, and communicates confidently across internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.

The Role
This position serves as a central point of coordination for Sales to Precon and Precon to Construction handoff, which includes assisting with proposals and bids, contracts, preconstruction documentation, permitting, budgeting support, and client communication—helping ensure projects are set up accurately and efficiently from pursuit through construction handoff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Team with bid presentation preparations
- Prepare contracts and agreements for new projects
- Coordinate project preconstruction items, including preconstruction meetings, subcontractors, hazardous materials testing, and project specific COI’s, bonds, and materials procurement
- Maintain BuilderTrend (job setup)
- Draft project submittals and pre-project RFI’s
- Prepare billing back up templates and SOVs
- Ensure necessary permits are in place prior to project start
- Coordinate materials forecasting for large projects and assist with bulk order purchasing
- Prepare preliminary schedules, drop layouts, and site plans
- Initial communication with clients on new projects
