Who we are looking for:
Experience in a construction field preferred but willing to train the right labor candidate. Must have a good attitude, strong back and a willingness to learn. This person also must be a team player and a self starter, able to take direction and pride themselves on a job well done. A driver's license is a must or a plan in place to have it shortly. You will not be able to advance within the company without one as it is an integral part of the sprayer's or rig manager's job.
Job Responsibilities:
Job duties include, but are not limited to, laborering work installing fiberglass and cellulose insulation, prepping a job site ahead of insulation, cutting foam, scraping excess foam, bagging excess foam, sweep up/clean up. You will back up for the spray person as well as help with quality control and customer service if needed.
