Seal Dynamics LLC is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Member for our Order Processing Area.
Upon completion of the probationary period, Team Members have the option to have every other Friday off!
Role:
Our primary purpose is to process customer orders accurately and efficiently so that shipments are processed to ship in a timely and accurate manner. An important part of the position requires the Team Member to be responsible for the detailed inspection of product and documents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Ability to read and interpret documents to determine company/customer requirements
- Process customer orders in an efficient and accurate manner in order to prepare for shipping
- Maintain cycle account, inventory spreadsheets, databases and quality charts
- Make appropriate inventory adjustments through our data entry system
- Participate with daily picking, packing and shipments of products
- Ensure product is kept neat and in orderly fashion for FIFO methods
- Inspect product and paperwork to insure accuracy of customer shipments

Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Warehouse/Stockroom experience preferred
- Aerospace industry, Hazmat, ISO experience helpful
Skills:
- Strong work ethic (willingness to work hard and long hours, if needed)
- Physical ability to work standing all day while moving about entire warehouse; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to read, understand and interpret written instructions
- Experience with and understanding of inventory transactions
- Flexibility in handling multiple tasks
- Computer skills
- Overtime is required occassionaly and some Saturdays
The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Upon completion of the probationary period, Team Members have the option to have every other Friday off!
