What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate - CNC Die-Cut Machine Operator - 1st Shift position at Seal & Design?

Our product line includes gaskets, o-rings, seals, molded products, die-cut foams, and many other specific products for all kinds of sealing applications. We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team, on first shift!
- Monday - Friday - 6:00AM - 2:30PM
- Pay Rate: $21-25.50
Overview: Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery safely according to company policies
- Perform secondary inspection and advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspends sorting until issue is resolved
- Cross train and assist in other departments as required
To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding:
Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience
Education: HS Diploma
Skills: Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software, basic math and language skills, strong attention to detail
Characteristics: Results driven, ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo, ability to meet deadlines and work in a team atmosphere to deliver results
