Are you skilled in general facility maintenance, safety-oriented, and ready to contribute to the overall well-being of our community? Join us as a Maintenance Staff member and become an integral part of our compassionate team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct indoor and outdoor general facility maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Perform light landscaping duties, including mowing, shoveling, and other outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Address minor repairs to maintain the facility's functionality.
• Perform light cleaning duties to enhance the overall cleanliness of the facility.
• Execute safety-related duties to promote a secure environment for residents and staff.
• Supervise vehicle maintenance and attend to other physical needs of the facility.
• Handle occasional errands to support facility operations.
• Be on-call for repair/maintenance emergencies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a facility maintenance setting preferred, but not required.
