Full-time back office Medical Assistant needed for a busy multi-doctor Podiatry Practice. We have offices located in Seal Beach and Los Alamitos, and are seeking a highly motivated and eager individual to join our staff. We are seeking an individual with the following:
\* Previous healthcare experience not required- will train!
\* Professional demeanor and appearance
\* Excellent customer service and impersonal skills
\* Multi-tasking abilities in a fast paced environment
\* Attention to detail and organized
\* Efficiently manage patient flow
Job Duties:
\* Prepare patients for exam and document patients' medical information
\* Assist physicians with clinical procedures
\* Manage inventory and order supplies, as needed
\* Dispense orthotics, braces and other dme
\* Answer phones and schedule appointments
\* Check insurance for eligibility and benefits
Position is paid on an hourly basis ($18/hour).
