About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across our resort community. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment for owners and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine upkeep across cottages, common areas, and resort facilities
- Assist with landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, debris removal, and seasonal cleanup
- Clean and maintain grills after renter departures to ensure safety and readiness for the next stay
- Support pool maintenance and safety checks (training provided if needed)
- Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance needs
- Maintain tools, equipment, and basic maintenance logs
- Work collaboratively with the Property Manager on small projects and general upkeep tasks
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Professional, friendly communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Pool or HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
