Atlantic Hospitality Group is seeking skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. In this hands-on role, Line Cooks will execute high-quality dishes across sauté, grill, and middle stations, ensuring seamless service during high-volume shifts. This position plays a key role in upholding our culinary standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and contributing to an efficient, team-driven kitchen environment. What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working sauté, grill and middle stations in a high-volume scratch kitchen
- Maintain strong attention to detail across prep, station setup, cooking, and plating
- Perform efficiently under pressure while staying calm, focused, and organized during peak service
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team, contributing to a positive and professional environment
- Take initiative in station preparation and consistently deliver quality with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined work habits
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience is preferred
